IDX Coverage for

Greater Fort Lauderdale REALTORS® (GFLR)

Although the MLS® System for GFLR members (accessible by login to agents and brokers) might include listings from other neighboring real estate associations, IDX for GFLR (for consumers to see on public agent and broker websites) only includes listings from the GFLR MLS.
Exception: Listings from RAPB / Beaches MLS (Palm Beaches) are available by request for clients approved for GFLR, subject to completion of RAPB IDX paperwork, and iHomefinder additional MLS fees and pass-through fees. (We can facilitate the add-on process by client request.) RAPB and GFLR are merging, however, IDX remains separate between the two as of March 2018.
